The Indiana Water Monitoring Council (InWMC) is led by a diverse, 19-member Board of Directors who guide the implementation of our Strategic Plan. Our board includes people who work for local, state, and federal agencies; with non-government organizations such as local watershed initiatives and statewide non-profits as well as private consultants and industry representatives.
The InWMC membership elects a new board of directors from its ranks every two years. Many of our board members have served the InWMC in various capacities before joining the board and most continue to serve after their term ends. You can learn more about our current board members by clicking on their links below. Click here to see who has served on our board in the past. You can find all of the InWMC’s business documents including our bylaws and our board meeting minutes here.
The InWMC is an inclusive organization that welcomes new voices in the conversation on how to improve communication, coordination, and sharing of monitoring information to support the stewardship of Indiana waters. If you’re interested in serving on a board with other professionals who are fun to work with and highly committed to the InWMC mission, just contact one of our board members below. They’ll be happy to fill you in on what a board position offers and entails.
